The present Terms of Service & Privacy Policy (“Policy”) aims at setting out the manner in which wrkwrk Services Private Limited collects, uses and shares your personal information in special context to your consented use of our website (“Online services”), application (“software”) and other allied services (“Services”) that are directly related to this Policy.

• Promptly respond to User’s service requests;

• Comply with Legal Requirements such as enforcement of rights, reporting financial documents, maintaining, and fulfilling contractual obligations; and
• Create affiliations through services and promotions linked to business partners and other third-party intermediaries opted by the Users;
• Improve and upgrade our products and services to further suit the needs and requirements of our Users;
• Honour user’s consent to access and use our website.

User’s Rights

wrkwrk Services Private Limited values its esteemed users and strives to protect their rights as applicable by law. The Users may have a right to -

• Be informed as to the servers where their Personal information is being stored, what the personal information is being used for and with whom such information is being shared with the allied purpose;
• Obtain access of a copy of their Personal Information;
• Restrict use of their Personal Information or restrict sharing rights of such Personal Information;
• Obtain access to self-service tools to rectify or modify inaccurate Personal Information;
• Withdraw consent to our use of user’s Personal Information;
• Object to automated instructions;
• Cancel or de-activate or delete accounts created online in accordance with the laws.

wrkwrk Communications

• We may communicate our market-related information via email communication with us until the User unsubscribes to the said email communication expressly;
• We may not create a sale of our user’s personal information to our alliances and partners. We may collaborate with such alliances through the website and the personal information shared by the users to these alliances will be available to them and they may send the users’ emails or other forms of communications related to the services signed-up for by the users. The users’ will have to refer to the policy of the said organisations on the procedure to opt-out of its communications.
• wrkwrk may send the users messages via text, WhatsApp, any messenger enabled by the app, web notifications and other social channels which the users may opt-out of by unsubscribing to our services.

Third-Party Associations

We form various alliances with identified third-parties such as intermediaries that ensure the features and functions of our platform run seamlessly, advertising agencies, and other content providers which collect and analyse user’s personal information to aid in being of optimum service to the user’s as mentioned in this Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.

Retention of your Personal Data

wrkwrk Services Private Limited will retain the user’s Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies for as long as the user has a relation with the Company in accordance with the law for the time being in force.

Cookie Policy

wrkwrk Services Private Limited and its associates target at minimizing cookie usage and providing more privacy-protective mechanisms to its users;

wrkwrk Services Private Limited reserves the rights to include a dedicated cookie policy as and when the company desires at its sole discretion.

No-Tracking/Opt-out Options

The user may sign-up for the ‘No-tracking’ or ‘Opt-out’ or ‘Unsubscribe’ options offered by wrkwrk Services Private Limited and its associates. In this case, wrkwrk Services Private Limited no longer tracks or holds any information of the dissenting User.

Wherever the user consents to share Sensitive Personal Data such as information pertaining to their health, religious or philosophical principles, biometric data used to identify the user, the user may withdraw such consent in accordance with what is applicable in Law.

Bonafide Use by the Users’

The users must be fair and mindful while using the website and the services associated therewith. The user must act judiciously and as required by the laws applicable. The user shall not Host, share, modify, display any information that –

• Does not rightfully belong to them;
• Is any way defamatory or abusive to the person or character of any other person, or the administrators of the website;
• Holds any software viruses intended to corrupt or destroy or restrict the functionality of any computer source including the company’s property;
• Belongs solely to the company and the sharing of which may cause a gross infringement to the Company;
• Endangers or poses a grave threat to the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India or its international relations or public order.

Force Majeure

wrkwrk Services Private Limited shall ensure that all appropriate steps be taken to upkeep the protection and security of our users. However, as the users can appreciate that computer networks are not completely within the control of the company nor are certain unforeseen external elements, wrkwrk Services Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or loss/misuse of Personal Information caused due to a Force Majeure (as explained below):

“Force Majeure” may include but not be restricted to any event that may have been caused beyond the reasonable control and foresight of wrkwrk Services Private Limited such as Fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or riots, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer, computer system or computer network, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption (provided beyond reasonable control of wrkwrk Services Private Limited), power or electricity failure or unavailability of adequate power or electricity.

Bank and Financial Account Details

Where the User provides bank account, card, UPI, or other financial account details to wrkwrk Services Private Limited for the purpose of payments, refunds, or any allied Service, wrkwrk takes reasonable measures to protect such information. However, wrkwrk shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of such bank/financial account details arising from (i) any error, inaccuracy, or incompleteness in the details provided by the User; (ii) unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse caused by circumstances beyond wrkwrk’s reasonable control, including but not limited to actions of the User, the User’s bank, card network, payment gateway, or other third-party financial intermediary; or (iii) any Force Majeure event as described in this Policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refund will be granted post activation of a pass or booking. Activation is considered the pass’s scheduled start time — or, for passes without a fixed time, 10 AM on the pass validity start date. Only the person who made and paid for the booking may cancel it; other members named on a group or multi-member booking cannot. Weekly, monthly and flexi passes are cancelled in full — individual days within a pass cannot be cancelled separately.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the booking qualify for a 95% refund of the amount paid, with the remaining 5% retained by wrkwrk as a processing charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start, or no-shows, are not eligible for any refund. The 48-hour window is measured against the booking’s scheduled start, in the local time of the centre booked.

All cancellation and refund requests must be raised through the wrkwrk website, front desk, or by writing to bookings@wrkwrk.in. Verbal requests at the centre are not sufficient for refund processing. The refund amount is shown before you confirm a cancellation on the website; nothing is cancelled until confirmed.

A cancellation is only confirmed once the member receives a cancellation confirmation email or SMS, or notification from wrkwrk. If this isn’t received, please follow up — the booking is not considered cancelled until then.

Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of cancellation. For bookings paid at a wrkwrk front desk, refunds are made by bank transfer, as card/UPI payments taken at the desk cannot be reversed to the original instrument — you will be asked for account details at the time of cancellation, without which the refund cannot be processed. The time your bank or card issuer takes to credit the amount thereafter is outside wrkwrk’s control. Refunds are made only to the member who paid for the booking.

wrkwrk is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, payment gateways, incorrect or incomplete account details provided by the member, or any other circumstances beyond wrkwrk’s reasonable control. Where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, any alternate bank account provided for the refund must belong to the member who made and paid for the booking; refunds will not be made to third-party accounts. If the member fails to provide the required or correct account details, or does not respond to wrkwrk’s requests for information required to process the refund, within 30 days of the cancellation confirmation, the refund may be treated as forfeited and no longer payable.

Applicable taxes (GST) on any non-refunded portion are not refundable.

wrkwrk reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. force majeure, facility unavailability); in such cases, the member is refunded in full with no deduction, or offered an alternate slot/desk at no extra cost — whichever they prefer.

This policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

Changes to this Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

All information collected through the services offered by us is covered by this Terms of Service & privacy policy from the day that the information is collected. We fully reserve the rights to modify, add or remove, or in any way change the sections of this policy as and when the company desires at its sole discretion. Such changes will be notified to the users via an update in the services or an email communication or as is otherwise required by the law and will appear as “Last Updated” to state the date on which the changes became effective.

Grievance Resolution Mechanism

As per the Information Technology Acts and Rules incorporated thereunder, any grievance may be communicated to us via email the email address provided below. The user may share the details of any discrepancy or grievance encountered by them in relation to the usage of the user’s data by wrkwrk (with valid supporting documents/images/any other material to bring on record the grounds of said grievance). Your inconveniences are our prime concern, and they shall be catered to expeditiously.
