What we're looking for
We need a driven, strategic, and hands-on Sales Manager to accelerate wrkwrk’s growth story. This is an individual contributor role, one that demands a blend of relationship-building, business acumen, and execution excellence.
You will be responsible for driving revenue and building long-term partnerships that power our community, from onboarding new clients and expanding existing accounts to identifying opportunities that align with our mission. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Community to ensure every partnership we secure delivers measurable value for our clients and contributes to wrkwrk’s growth. What you’ll be doing
Sales Strategy & Growth: Define and own sales targets aligned with wrkwrk’s business goals.
Drive revenue growth across workspace offerings (private offices, coworking memberships, meeting/event spaces, etc.).
Lead prospecting, client acquisition, and account expansion efforts with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
Act as a key voice between clients and internal teams to ensure offerings are aligned with market needs.
Execution & Delivery:Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across multiple channels, direct outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, and referrals.
Work closely with the Marketing team to coordinate campaigns, follow up on leads, and design strategies that convert prospects into clients.
Take potential clients on wrkwrk space tours, effectively showcasing our facilities, services, and community vibe to create strong buying intent.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from initial conversation to contract closure and successful onboarding conversion rates.
Represent wrkwrk at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
Client Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering solutions that increase their productivity and engagement with our spaces.
Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform future product and service offerings.
What you need to bring to the table
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services.
Associated degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits. Preference will be given to candidates currently located/willing to relocate to Mangaluru.
